Preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
  2. Clean the leeks and cut them into discs.
  3. Cut the ham into small cubes or peaces.
  4. Toast the pine nuts in a skillet, over low heat.
  5. Heat the butter in a pot and add the leek. Cook over low heat for 10 min. Then add the potato and peas, cover with 1 liter of water, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Season and blend.
  7. Serve the cream very hot, accompanied by ham, pine nuts, diced gorgonzola and a drizzle of olive oil.

  • Potatoes: 2 medium size
  • Leeks: 2 medium size
  • Butter: 30 gr
  • Gorgonzola cheese: 100 gr
  • Cured ham cubes/slices: 40 gr
  • Olive Oil: 2 medium spoons
  • Pine nuts: 2 medium spoons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
