Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
- Clean the leeks and cut them into discs.
- Cut the ham into small cubes or peaces.
- Toast the pine nuts in a skillet, over low heat.
- Heat the butter in a pot and add the leek. Cook over low heat for 10 min. Then add the potato and peas, cover with 1 liter of water, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- Season and blend.
- Serve the cream very hot, accompanied by ham, pine nuts, diced gorgonzola and a drizzle of olive oil.

- Cured ham cubes/slices: 40 gr
- Olive Oil: 2 medium spoons
- Pine nuts: 2 medium spoons
- Salt and pepper to taste
