Nutrition games platform
During the project user-friendly and interactive games will be produced and published in this section. Through these games, participants will learn healthy eating habits while having fun. In fact, Serious Games are a good motivating tool which benefit cognitive function in healthy older adults (as the study confirms “Clinical trial design of serious gaming in mild cognitive impairment”), and could also be used to improve other health aspects, including physical capability, metabolic and cardiovascular health.
